Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build ServiceNow solutions across Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal/UI Builder experiences for ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
  • •Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP, shaping how ServiceNow exposes data and actions.
  • •Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot to production by configuring AI skills/agents, tuning against ticket data, and adding guardrails.
  • •Ensure code quality with code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and smooth annual family upgrades.
  • •Document built solutions so future developers don’t need to reverse-engineer them.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building on the ServiceNow platform.
