  • •Use supervisor and lot ops dashboards daily to make move decisions and stage assigned zone areas.

  • •Stage vehicles safely for proper work destinations, reducing multiple drop-off points and incomplete loads.
  • •Label and communicate inventory status with crew leaders/managers; engage service and tow teams for inoperable vehicles.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED with 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination such as degree/certification beyond HS/GED; alternatively 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., flat tires, low gas, jump-starting vehicles).
  • •Preferred: 6 months auction or driving experience.
  • •Preferred: knowledge of lot operations/lot layout and/or LDM.
