Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and conduct EHS&S audits to ensure compliance with regulatory, Micron internal, and international standards (including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and RBA).
  • •Coordinate global audit schedules across international sites and partners, including RBA-related collaborators.
  • •Develop and implement corrective action plans, including follow-up audits when required, and participate in nonconformity review and root cause analysis.
  • •Analyze audit data to identify trends and demonstrate program effectiveness; develop and monitor metrics for audit and management system performance.
  • •Provide coaching and mentoring to new or less experienced auditors and maintain collaborative relationships at global and site levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Accredited ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 lead auditor training by a certified third party.
  • •Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze process and audit data and identify improvements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in root cause analysis tools.
  • •Minimum 5 years of EHS&S management systems auditing experience with international audit experience preferred.
  • •At least 5 years in EHS&S operations and management systems within manufacturing, ideally electronics or semiconductor industry.
