Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and confirm alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review documentation including contractors’ direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, and subcontracts.
  • •Prepare Project Status and Construction Risk Assessment reports, including seeking approval for release of construction funds.
  • •Evaluate direct and indirect cost budgets and coordinate with Cost Advisory on parameter estimates and quantity take-offs.
  • •Oversee construction and disbursement schedules, including zoning approvals, certified surveys, and building permits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
