Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the security team’s strategic vision and roadmap across product security, infrastructure security, and IT security, with a focus on AI security.
  • •Define guardrails for AI agents and tools, including scope boundaries, blast radius limits, and rollback mechanisms.
  • •Implement and enforce agentic SDLC guardrails, testing gates, and human oversight for AI-assisted development workflows.
  • •Lead security architecture reviews and own the vulnerability management program, coordinating penetration testing and remediation prioritization.
  • •Mentor and strengthen security engineers while driving security guidelines across the engineering organization and aligning security priorities with product, engineering, and IT leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in security engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech.
  • •Hands-on AI security expertise, including risks introduced by LLMs and AI-assisted development workflows, and building guardrails around them.
  • •Expert security architecture knowledge across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern application stacks, and network security.
  • •Knowledge of cryptographic principles, secure coding practices, and common web and blockchain vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
  • •Experience with authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC), IAM, endpoint/network security, and threat modeling methodologies.
