Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare sales presentations and annual wealth review materials for client meetings, and support follow-up on takeaways and next steps.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and account/lending operations, including new deposit accounts, ROE calculation, underwriting support, and ordering closing documents.
  • •Maintain CRM data quality in Salesforce and support RM with data entry and updates to client/prospect information.
  • •Identify opportunities to retain and expand relationships through proactive outreach, client contact strategy, and consulting with KPB officers.
  • •Educate clients on digital/alternative resources, provide financial planning support, coordinate client events, and escalate client issues as needed.

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of work/educational background.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • •General knowledge of financial services and wealth management.
  • •Proven client service skills, including handling client/prospect inquiries and relationships, plus strong communication and problem resolution abilities.
  • •Ability to access and handle highly sensitive information discreetly, and to learn proprietary software, databases, and systems.
