•Drive Design Through Technology initiatives and promote inclusion, diversity, and culture across the Western Canada offices.
•Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure consistent quality of work, client satisfaction, and alignment with firm standards.

Key Requirements

•Professional designation/education in a design/construction-focused field.
•Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on day-to-day operational and people management.
•Preference given to candidates with 10+ years of experience.
•Ability to manage regional office operations including administration, hiring and training, and resource management.
•Experience with project design delivery, budgeting, and staff coordination are highly valued.
