Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value-added cost management across complex capital projects.
  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and collaborate with design services and the general contractor to develop cost estimates and reconcile changes/contractor data accuracy.
  • •Coordinate cost information across subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams to support accurate cost analysis and timely reporting.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, cost variances, contingency and commitment tracking, and support value engineering and final accounts negotiation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
  • •Experience delivering cost management services on medium to large-scale, complex construction or program-based projects.
  • •Strong understanding of estimating, cost planning, procurement, and change management processes.
  • •RICS accreditation or working toward certification is preferred.
