Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Greet customers promptly, listen to their needs, and provide recommendations using product knowledge and the Service Training Program. Communicate UGG’s sustainability and social/ethical commitments, handle customer questions and returns, and maintain a positive, brand-forward presence. Support beyond the sales floor with cash register operations, accurate money handling, inventory checks, merchandising per Visual Merchandising standards, and safety-conscious theft response.
