Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate the receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units.
•Ensure proper sequencing and prioritization for inspection, accountability, and storage; track turn-ins through final disposition.
•Review and validate supply documents (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and perform accurate data entry into Army logistics systems.
•Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily/weekly/monthly activity and support audit readiness with compliant material records.
•Coordinate warehousing/material handling and transportation activities, including tagging/labeling/segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, and HAZMAT items and ensuring accountability during loading and shipment offloading.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent is required.
•3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
•Associates in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
•Prior U.S. Army or contractor experience in equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) is strongly preferred.
•Knowledge of Army supply regulations and familiarity with Army logistics systems (e.g., GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP, TC-AIMS II) and documentation/condition coding is required.
