Partner with branch staff to uncover client needs and deliver the most appropriate investment and insurance solutions aligned to clients’ short- and long-term goals. Own personal production and customer service objectives across assigned branches or a book of business. Coach and train branch teams, provide ongoing sales support, and coordinate with other lines of business (e.g., Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank) to build comprehensive solutions.

•Own personal production goals and customer service objectives for assigned branches or book of business.
•Provide investment and insurance solutions using comprehensive financial planning across goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
•Coach branch staff to better profile customers and deliver appropriate short- and long-term solutions.
•Partner with other lines of business (Mortgage, Business Banking, Private Bank, etc.) to provide best solutions for client needs.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•Minimum of 1 year of investment sales experience.
•Hold Series 7, Series 63, Series 65/66, and Life and Health Licenses.
•Provide investment/insurance solutions using a comprehensive financial planning approach.
•Experience in an investments area and a track record of exceeding goals is preferred.
