Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop business plans, product and marketing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives for new and existing Power Protection Devices products.
  • •Maintain customer relationships and work with account managers to understand opportunities and unmet needs.
  • •Create product positioning and messaging, including identifying adjacent markets and customers.
  • •Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities across the product lifecycle (pre-RTM, at RTM, and post-RTM).
  • •Review competitive landscape, build strategies to address gaps, and partner cross-functionally to support launches and market adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • •3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes and collaborate effectively across functions.
  • •Experience or exposure to automotive marketing, systems, or an applications-related role.
