Job Summary

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of materials across Pratt & Whitney’s supply chain under an Alternate Work Week schedule. Coordinate with material managers, spares and delivery assurance, 3PL distribution partners, and Transportation providers to support off-shift 24/7 continuity. Lead milestone communications to internal stakeholders, maintain facility escalation listings, and execute carrier/TMS/customs broker coordination while adhering to quality, regulatory, and global trade requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with PW material managers, spares, and delivery assurance on material priorities.
•Attend critical part/engine center or spares material calls.
•Coordinate with supporting distribution facility 3PL contacts on distribution processing and milestone events.
•Lead and communicate transportation/distribution milestone updates to internal stakeholders.
•Coordinate 3PL control tower and carrier/transportation providers using TMS and customs broker processes, and maintain facility escalation listings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with minimum 7 years experience.
•Experience in logistics, materials handling, warehousing, or manufacturing operations.
•Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
•Ability to work an Alternate Work Week schedule (e.g., 3x12 or 4x10 depending on site requirements).
•Ability to adhere to quality, regulatory, and global trade process requirements.
