Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute Eaton’s global AI strategy for Digital Employee Experience, including roadmap and performance metrics.
  • •Design, implement, and scale enterprise AI solutions and integrate AI across ServiceNow, employee portals, and support systems.
  • •Lead end user computing and modern workplace services, including global device lifecycle management and Device-as-a-Service initiatives.
  • •Use endpoint and infrastructure observability platforms to enable proactive support, incident remediation, and continuous service optimization.
  • •Lead a globally distributed team and manage vendor relationships, budgets, and service delivery performance for enterprise AI advancement.

Key Requirements
