Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate a team of brand advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
  • •Monitor KPI and progress against sales/productivity goals, coaching the team to exceed targets.
  • •Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, ongoing training, and feedback.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, manage expenses/shrink, maintain visual merchandising, and support inventory/shipping/receiving practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 37.5 hourly
