Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing when managing a specialist unit (e.g., perioperative nursing)
  • •5 years of Professional Nurse experience in a hospital
  • •2 years of leadership experience in a hospital
  • •Knowledge of clinical risk management, infection prevention and control, and relevant nursing legislation
