Job Summary

Lead end-to-end programs that grow and support TikTok’s News creator ecosystem, partnering with Product teams to understand creator cohorts and set priorities. Build relationships with News creators and journalists, localize and launch creator engagement initiatives with local operations, and define measurement plans to track progress to goals. Collaborate across cross-functional teams (e.g., Comms, GR, USDS, Legal) and use product roadmaps and data to spot strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, support, and execute scaled end-to-end programs to engage and support News creators on TikTok
•Build and manage relationships with News creators and journalists to support News content strategies and improve long-term creator experience
•Localize and launch program and creator engagement with local operations teams in line with business frameworks
•Create standardized measurement plans with the product team and track engagement and program progress to goals, incorporating improvements
•Identify strategic opportunities with the product team using product roadmaps and data-driven needs, and operationalize programs with cross-functional partners

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
•Deep understanding of the US news industry, with 2+ years of practical experience working in a newsroom or US news-related agency
•3+ years of relevant experience in a major media or tech company, ideally focused on the News industry and creator landscape in the US
•Experience building relationships with creators or managing a portfolio of accounts
•Experience and ability to build, support, and execute scaled creator programs end to end
