Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full loop from business problem understanding to solution definition, architecture, implementation, and production monitoring.
  • •Build with AI as the primary tool and ship improvements quickly with an AI Pod and the business.
  • •Co-design decision logic, risk thresholds, and success metrics, focusing on building capabilities.
  • •Create evaluation frameworks and test sets before shipping, and build the harness to measure performance.
  • •Own production through monitoring, alerting, observability, and on-call responsibility for what you build.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience shipping production AI systems and fixing issues in real-world usage.
  • •Fluency with AI coding tools and the ability to work quickly using them.
  • •Strong evaluation instincts: define metrics, build test sets, and avoid shipping without measurable results.
  • •Understanding of agentic architectures, including orchestration, multi-step workflows, and fallback/error logic.
  • •Comfort operating across the stack (prompting, RAG pipeline, orchestrator, and backend) and communicating clearly.
