Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall development and strategy setting for operations across Product and Engineering, including performance targets and strategic initiatives.
  • •Own and operationalize the AI SDLC transformation across R&D, enabling any team member or AI agent to move initiatives from idea to “almost done” independently.
  • •Define and manage the roadmap, including org-wide foundational context, tooling, agents, skills, and workflows.
  • •Facilitate company roadmapping, including standardized intake mechanisms, execution of roadmapping activities, cross-team dependency management, OKR alignment, and distribution of roadmap content.
  • •Manage the Solution Development Lifecycle for key solutions, facilitating launches, tracking experiments, and ensuring high-quality documentation.
