Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-tier operational support for network and firewall infrastructure, including participation in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one core technology platform, driving lifecycle refreshes and continuous service improvements.
•Execute infrastructure changes driven by technology refreshes, BAU requirements, and security compliance standards.
•Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents and produce high-quality supporting documentation.
•Build and maintain operational relationships with critical third-party suppliers, carriers, and manufacturers.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Enterprise Data Center and WAN components, including Cisco ACI, NX-OS, and BGP.
•Robust technical knowledge of network security infrastructure, specifically Versa SD-WAN and Palo Alto firewalls.
•Solid understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) connectivity, including Direct Connect, Transit Gateways, VPCs, and Security Groups.
•Experience embedding network automation into production environments using an “automation-first” approach to network management.
•Demonstrated proficiency using enterprise monitoring and diagnostic tools, specifically Logic Monitor, Netbrain, and Wireshark.
