Job Summary

Support and evolve the Workday HRIS platform for a 3,000+ member organization, covering core HR functions and ongoing configuration. Partner with HR stakeholders and IT to identify gaps, deliver enhancements, and lead Workday release testing and bi-annual deployments. Mentor a small HRIS team, provide advanced troubleshooting, and manage integrations/EIB processing. Contribute to AI-powered HR automation design and assist with data governance while documenting requirements and technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Workday HRIS manager in maintaining Workday, including documentation, testing, and development.
•Provide Workday subject matter expertise and partner with HR and IT to optimize HRIS operations.
•Lead review, testing, and implementation of bi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing and user communications.
•Lead integration implementation/maintenance, EIB processing management, and bi-annual release management.
•Mentor the HRIS team with peer review of Workday configurations/enhancements and provide advanced technical support/troubleshooting.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years of related experience in Workday HRIS administration, information technology, or similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
•Advanced experience with Workday/HRIS concepts, architecture, and infrastructure.
•Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, including audit and SOX compliance.
•One or more Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, or Security) preferred; communication skills and HRIS strategy/roadmap planning experience required.
