Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on financial performance, business strategy, investments, and profitability initiatives.
  • •Own annual operating plan, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts; lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with variance analysis and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models and SaaS performance reporting (ARR, bookings, revenue growth, retention, CAC/payback, EBITDA, operating leverage).
  • •Lead board and investor reporting, including board materials, investor presentations, lender reporting, and executive financial communications.
  • •Partner with Accounting on financial reporting consistency, establish KPIs/management reporting frameworks, and drive finance systems/process transformation through automation and AI-enabled workflows; lead and develop a small finance team.

Key Requirements
