Key Responsibilities

  • •Strong expertise supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux along with common enterprise apps (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
  • •Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote administration tools.
  • •Experience with imaging/deployment and patch management tools (SCCM, Intune, Qualys) and strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
