Key Responsibilities

  • •Help build, operate, and evolve the internal AI Engineering Platform to enable AI-assisted and Agentic Engineering practices.
  • •Develop secure, reliable, and reusable platform services across AI tooling, developer enablement, observability, automation, and engineering governance.
  • •Design, automate, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and modern CI/CD practices.
  • •Improve platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational resilience; perform root-cause analysis and ensure operational readiness.
  • •Support adoption by collaborating with engineering leaders and teams, providing guidance through reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • •Experience building or operating shared engineering platforms or internal developer platforms.
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure automation.
  • •Experience with Infrastructure as Code using OpenTofu or Terraform.
  • •Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Prometheus.
