Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the FM Helpdesk and Duty Management teams to coordinate daily facilities management activities.
  • •Ensure effective prioritization and resolution of asset faults, service requests, and operational issues.
  • •Maintain 24/7 operational coverage for facilities support services and coordinate responses with maintenance teams and contractors.
  • •Develop and manage performance reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and executive reporting.
  • •Act as the focal point for FM data governance, reporting systems, and database/report automation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • •8–10+ years of experience in performance reporting, operations management, or data analytics within facilities management or similar environments.
  • •Strong experience managing reporting functions, dashboards, and data analytics in large-scale, complex operations.
  • •Experience working with CAFM/CMMS systems and data visualization tools.
  • •Preferred certifications in Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), Data Analytics, or Quality Management Systems.
