Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily reconciliations across finance systems and digital asset platforms, investigating discrepancies through to resolution with the Digital Assets Finance team Reconciliations Manager.
  • •Support the Finance Manager with accurate inputting of financial data into the company’s finance systems while maintaining an organized workflow.
  • •Ensure timely bank payments, daily downloading of third-party statements, funds monitoring reporting, and maintain company records and logs.
  • •Support month-end close activities including journals, accruals, intercompany balances, and balance sheet reconciliations; prepare support for internal and external audit.
  • •Maintain and improve process documentation, identify opportunities to automate recurring tasks, and contribute to ad hoc projects including system implementations and process migrations.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of accounting and reconciliation experience, ideally in FX/CFD/crypto or another regulated financial services environment.
  • •Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain transaction flows, or a strong interest in developing this knowledge.
  • •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Professional-level English (written and spoken).
  • •Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of NetSuite, Kyriba, or Tres Finance is an advantage.
