Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain global Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD modeling standards, master templates, and shared parameter files.
  • •Build and maintain the master BIM family library to keep 3D models aligned with current design standards.
  • •Administer the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) hub, managing permissions, licensing, and cloud worksharing environments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in BIM administration, model coordination, and VDC management.
  • •Advanced customization of Revit and AutoCAD, including master templates and shared parameter files for multi-site programs.
  • •Deep proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360 ecosystems, including cloud worksharing coordination.
  • •Hands-on mastery of Revit parametric families, nested families, type catalogs, and central parameter database management.
  • •Ability to author BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling guides, and technical standards, with cross-functional leadership experience.
