Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the EHS department, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • •Assist accident/incidents investigations, analyze root causes, and implement preventative actions.
  • •Serve as an EHS interface and liaison with employees, managers, customers, auditors, and regulators.
  • •Perform and document safety inspections to identify workplace safety hazards and conditions.
  • •Manage hazardous waste and ensure compliance with safety programs and standards (e.g., hazard communication, fall protection, respiratory protection, LOTO, emergency response, chemical management).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience implementing and overseeing environmental, health and safety programs.
  • •Experience leading teams.
  • •Experience in Cal/OSHA.
  • •Experience in 40 CFR Parts 260-279 Hazardous Waste Management.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engaging with leadership, regulators, front-line staff, and third-party partners.
