Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment across functional areas in multiple locations simultaneously to support efficient hiring outcomes.
  • •Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and maintaining professionalism.
  • •Partner with HR and hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional support throughout the hiring process.
  • •Use varied sourcing strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • •Track candidates and provide recruitment updates/metrics in the applicant tracking system while maintaining accurate records to meet regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
  • •Proficiency in computer applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information.
  • •Experience recruiting across levels and functional areas, including passive candidate recruiting and creative sourcing strategies.
  • •Comfortable with travel to other locations (25% of the time), including possible short-notice and overnight stays.
