Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with clients and architects to understand business priorities and translate them into practical AI-enabled solutions.
  • •Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded with clients and shipped within early weeks.
  • •Identify where AI creates meaningful value, challenge assumptions, and shape commercially viable, technically feasible solutions at enterprise scale.
  • •In Consulting, build working prototypes that prove the strategy; in Studios, take use cases to production-grade agentic systems.
  • •Design and configure solutions using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, applying AI-native engineering practices with trust evaluations and reusable assets.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems experience.
  • •Strong command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration (or equivalent stack if transferable).
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship complete systems.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
  • •Able to deploy into a client environment with high autonomy and direct stakeholder exposure.
