Key Responsibilities

  • •Interface with employees and internal/external stakeholders (EHS, HR, Legal, Security, and Intel medical/mental health professionals).
  • •Oversee and manage employee health and Taiwan OSHA OH programs, including medical surveillance exams and injury/illness case management.
  • •Manage Taiwan OH programs, clinic operations, and contract providers (OH doctor and nurse).
  • •Execute and maintain Taiwan OSHA-required health promotional programs/plans and recordkeeping, including privacy controls for medical data.
  • •Provide direct onsite first aid and primary care for work-related illness/injury, coordinating onsite visiting doctor consultations and health talks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a local Registered Nurse License.
  • •Certified Occupational Health Nurse with a validated certificate.
  • •2+ years of occupational health work experience.
  • •2+ years of clinical setting work experience.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, including ability to communicate in English and work independently as well as in a team.
