Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a project team and manage health and safety plans, emergency response plans, and field staff scheduling.
  • •Oversee proposals, cost estimates, and report writing with recommendations.
  • •Manage project accounting, tracking, and reporting under master agreements.
  • •Mentor and train junior staff in environmental practices including Phase I and II ESAs and remediation.
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships while collaborating with the national RPM team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in related field (sciences and/or Engineering).
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in contaminated site assessments.
  • •Knowledge of health and safety procedures in the workplace and a safety-conscious attitude.
  • •Analytical mindset with ability to recommend next steps for client sites.
  • •Strong business acumen and financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
