Job Summary

Lead and manage contamination site projects across multiple Canadian locations, coordinating field activities, safety plans, and client communications. You will oversee Phase I/II ESAs, remediation activities, reporting, and team mentorship within WSP’s Remediation Program Management team, delivering on time and within budget while growing the careers of junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a project team and manage health and safety plans, emergency response plans, and field staff scheduling.
•Oversee proposals, cost estimates, and report writing with recommendations.
•Manage project accounting, tracking, and reporting under master agreements.
•Mentor and train junior staff in environmental practices including Phase I and II ESAs and remediation.
•Develop and maintain client relationships while collaborating with the national RPM team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in related field (sciences and/or Engineering).
•Minimum 8 years of experience in contaminated site assessments.
•Knowledge of health and safety procedures in the workplace and a safety-conscious attitude.
•Analytical mindset with ability to recommend next steps for client sites.
•Strong business acumen and financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
