Job Summary

Deliver exceptional service in-store by educating consumers on products, promotions, and events while supporting the store team in achieving goals. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
•Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
•Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
•Collaborate with Store Management and follow Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 12.5
