Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips; forecast and update key milestones and budget.
  • •Ensure project governance, processes, and systems are used effectively; apply best practice across projects.
  • •Produce formal project status and other required reports; monitor progress of multiple construction projects at once.
  • •Manage supplier interfaces and project information flow via monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications, including rapid RFIs from the field.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction, or related experience.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the broader team.
  • •Effective presentation skills.
  • •Strong communication skills.
