•Build high-quality front-end features using React and TypeScript focused on clarity, performance, and maintainability.
•Refactor legacy or complex codebase areas to improve readability, testability, and long-term health.
•Identify and fix issues across the stack, from front-end behavior to API calls, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements, refine stories, and deliver predictable outcomes.
•Provide code reviews and technical guidance, helping shape team technical direction and improve front-end developer experience.

•4+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React and TypeScript, including complex or long-lived codebases.
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE/SW/CE/MIS or equivalent experience.

•Communicate technical details and trade-offs to engineers and non-engineers, with ownership and reliability.
