Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical support for customers, including escalations, fleet performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
  • •Bridge customer and division teams by providing technical support and documentation to field personnel diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment.
  • •Provide Alpha site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new in-house hardware/process/software designs using engineering tools.
  • •Provide Beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and testing of new hardware/software/processes on customer tools.
  • •Initiate and review ECOs, generate performance metrics (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/Availability), create/review documentation, and ensure field implementation.
Travel: Extensive travel
