Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess customer project requirements and IT business goals/challenges in pre-sales engagements.
  • •Align customer needs with appropriate Fortinet solutions from the product and service portfolio.
  • •Partner with internal peers to pursue sales opportunities.
  • •Provide expert network and security technical guidance during customer presentations.
  • •Support ongoing customer success, support, and growth through collaboration and learning.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of relevant pre/post-sales experience plus a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years’ experience in a related field.
  • •Cybersecurity fundamentals, including common issues, threats, attacks, and vulnerabilities.
  • •Principles of cyber threat management and incident response.
  • •Networking fundamentals, including the OSI model and common network protocols.
  • •General knowledge of at least 2 areas such as network operations, breach detection/prevention, security operations, DevOps, wired/wireless access, identity and access management, public/private cloud, or web content/security acceleration.
