•Providing technical oversight, support, and training to engineers
•Following internal quality control processes
•People management, such as mentoring and supervising lead engineers and junior engineers to support their technical growth and career development

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline and 4 years of related roadway project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

•Experience designing & managing Georgia roadway projects
•Experience and training with GDOT Plan Development Process
