Lead the Quality Assurance program for data center projects, developing, updating, deploying, and training the Black Box Quality Management System across hyperscale environments. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality installations, drive corrective actions, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement onsite.

Key Responsibilities

•Safety is our priority; follow Safe Work Practices that conform with the Safety Program and client worksite policies to keep everyone accident-free.
•Promote core values to safeguard company culture.
•Serve as the sites point person for execution of the quality program elements across the project lifecycle.
•Monitor and inspect operations that affect quality to align with industry and customer standards.
•Train and coach QA/QC staff to integrate quality initiatives into daily workstream; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality programs are implemented across the site.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline; relevant experience may be considered
•OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred (obtain within first month of employment)
•Minimum of 5 years 0experience in the construction industry in a management or leadership role
•Experience overseeing and managing the quality of large-structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects is highly preferred
•Ability to implement and monitor a Quality Management System; strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing, and installation standards
