•Greet and assist guests warmly to create memorable experiences.
•Maintain deep menu, merchandise, and Coach brand knowledge.
•Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and feature limited-availability items.
•Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
•Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens; collaborate with team members to share selling strategies.

Key Requirements
