Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership for bottling columns with a focus on Lean Excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure delivery of goods and services with the correct quality, quantity, and timing.
  • •Implement and follow the Ringnes PMS standard and run daily huddles/board meetings in your area.
  • •Build and develop the shift team through active people leadership and use of excellence tools.
  • •Manage budgets and cost control, and take responsibility for quality assurance and proactive HSE/risk work, including deviation handling and RIS reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Fagbrev within Industrial Food Production, a qualification in Technical and Industrial Production, or other relevant vocational education.
  • •Competence in SAP, Astro, and MS Office.
  • •Experience from the industry.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English.
  • •Ability to analyze downtime and perform root-cause analyses.
