Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the HSE leader for the Dubai Campus, setting benchmarks for operational safety and sustainability across the MEA region.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and applicable legal requirements via annual HSE activity plans.
  • •Lead incident investigations (hazards, near misses, reportable incidents) and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions across MEA.
  • •Develop and maintain HSE documentation and lead the Dubai HSE Committee in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet safety, environmental, and sustainability objectives.
  • •Drive sustainability and CSR initiatives and automate/digitalize HSE processes using Power Apps and SharePoint to improve efficiency, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Safety Management, or an equivalent field of study.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHS function within a large manufacturing organization.
  • •NEBOSH IGC (or comparable Health, Safety, and Environmental qualification).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective organizational and leadership capabilities.
