Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Apply high-level structural and civil engineering techniques across project phases including concept development, preliminary design, final design, procurement, construction support, and operation
•Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates with coordination with owners, other disciplines, sub‑consultants, and clients
•Manage design, construction, rehabilitation, and remediation of infrastructure projects to ensure durability and structural soundness
•Oversee cross‑functional teams of engineers, architects, planners, and scientists to execute project work across mid‑level and multiple concurrent projects while tracking budgets and resources
•Coordinate, review, and approve design plans to ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations

Salary: USD 98,300 - 175,230 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline (or equivalent experience)
•7 to 10 years of relevant post‑education engineering experience, with prior structural or civil design experience
•Registered Professional Engineer in New York State or able to obtain via reciprocity
•Proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, processes, design/build, and their application to project work
•Knowledge and experience with infrastructure planning, design, and construction management; rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects
