Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inbound and outbound shipments to and from India, including documentation, carrier coordination, and exception handling.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers across Mumbai and Surat for timely drop-offs and collections.
  • •Own end-to-end fulfilment for Nivoda Express — managing the full order lifecycle from QC to final dispatch & returns.
  • •Take complete ownership of Nivoda's physical stock of diamonds and gemstones, including inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • •Handle returns, damaged goods, and shipment exceptions with precision and proper documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • •Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate clear, structured reports.
  • •Excellent command of Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
