Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for design information and coordinate design resources during project execution.
  • •Guide and mentor the design team and recommend solutions to implementation challenges.
  • •Represent engineering in customer design reviews (in-person and virtual).
  • •Track and document delays, scope changes, and schedule impacts; recommend countermeasures to recover milestones.
  • •Create compliant designs and modifications, lead design reviews, oversee prototype/test article building, and author service documents.

Key Requirements

  • •STEM degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.

  • •Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical matters and provide guidance/mentorship to the design team.
