Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing) for technical roles within a focused area.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and founders to scope roles, define calibrated hiring bars, and build hiring strategies.
  • •Build and nurture pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and high-touch personalized engagement.
  • •Run structured, bias-aware screens that assess technical depth and mission fit.
  • •Drive offers and closes, keep the ATS clean, and report on funnel health to continuously improve the process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or in AI/ML, infrastructure, or deep-tech.
  • •Track record closing senior and hard-to-fill engineering or research roles in a competitive market.
  • •Strong technical fluency to hold credible conversations with technical candidates and hiring managers.
  • •Fluency with modern AI-powered sourcing/screening tools and comfort using Ashby.
  • •Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to candidate experience.
