Job Summary

Execute seasonal go-to-market and service strategies across Maryland and Delaware to drive brand growth, awareness, and sell-through. Support retail partners with in-person store visits, product demos, merchandising, and promotional activations, while representing Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos. Partner with Sales Representatives and field teams to deliver service plans and education initiatives, and complete accurate activity reporting using designated tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support retail partners with in-person store visits, product demos, and sales floor engagement, delivering product presentations that educate and motivate staff and consumers.
•Implement merchandising and promotional activations using product and point-of-purchase materials, executing seasonal go-to-market activities aligned with sales priorities.
•Engage retail and community partners to build awareness, representing Altra at local and select national events, races, and expos.
•Partner with Sales Representatives and field teammates to develop and execute service plans and education initiatives for the territory.
•Complete detailed activity reporting via designated tools (e.g., Repsly) and manage travel, expenses, promotional materials, and product seeding with fiscal responsibility.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor specialty preferred).
•2+ years of marketing, sales, or field service experience.
•Familiarity with the Altra product line and experience fitting and selling technical footwear.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational abilities.
•Proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Outlook) and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
