Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Alternatives Data processing for Addepar clients, including troubleshooting Private Fund statements, modifying data extracted by ML models to reflect correct transactions and valuations, and coordinating with ML Ops to label documents for model retraining.
  • •Engage with clients, GPs, and Fund Admins to address statement data inquiries and issues, and onboard new clients to determine ownership structures of Private Fund positions.
  • •Maintain and update Alternatives Data Operations workflow procedures and playbooks.
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Solutions Architects to align on account-related issues and ensure positive client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Overall 2-10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with knowledge of capital markets and middle/back-office operations systems, preferably with Alternatives (Private/Draw-down) Funds data, including capital account statements, capital calls, and distribution notices.
  • •Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, data providers, and internal stakeholders across Sales, Services, and R&D
  • •Technical skills preferred: Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce
