Job Summary

Lead end-to-end executive recruiting processes for VF brands, partnering with senior leadership to source proactive candidates, manage Workday workflows, and optimize the candidate experience across global interviews. Build external engagement strategies, develop diverse pipelines, and leverage AI and sourcing tools to identify top talent for VP+ roles while ensuring an inclusive, brand-aligned recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

•Create the most high-touch end-to-end candidate experience and improve the process; schedule interviews and manage logistics.
•Coordinate confidential searches with NDA processes and discretion for hiring managers, leaders, and candidates.
•Arrange travel logistics for candidates and communicate changes.
•Coordinate onsite interviews, cross-brand and regional logistics with local teams to ensure excellent candidate experiences.
•Develop and manage the Executive candidate branding process and actively source diverse pipelines using AI and online candidate sourcing tools.

Key Requirements

•Experience supporting an Executive Talent Acquisition function or similarly structured team.
•Minimum of 7+ years working with leaders at the Vice President and above levels, preferably at the C-Suite level, with experience coordinating priorities.
•Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
•Strong proficiency in using AI and technology automation to drive efficiencies in recruiting processes; intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
•Proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and focus on candidate experience to drive system and process optimization.
