Job Summary

Support the Middle Office trade management function within Global Investment Operations by administering books and records for accounts across the full trade lifecycle. Coordinate trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations; validate third-party reconciliations; and resolve cash/trade breaks while escalating complex issues. Partner with internal teams, custodians, and vendors, guide less experienced peers, and drive process improvements to automate manual work, strengthen controls, and reduce operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate processing of portfolio transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established policies, procedures, and controls.
•Identify and resolve quality, accuracy, or compliance deficiencies to mitigate risk, including correcting books and records as needed.
•Partner with securities operations staff, relationship managers, investment staff, custodians, and vendors to collect, analyze, and communicate information impacting accounts and trades.
•Respond to cash breaks, trade breaks, and related operational queries, preparing settlement and reconciliation instructions and escalating complex issues appropriately.
•Drive process improvement initiatives to automate manual tasks, enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, minimize operational risk, and generate operational reports and dashboards.
